RM Warehouse & Tankfarm Senior Technician

工作职责：

1. 运营管理（Operation Management）

• 协调日常原料入库、出库及生产投料作业
• 按计划安排卸货、中转及罐区操作
• 确保生产供料不中断
• 配合生产及计划调整相关物料操作

2. 安全管理（Safety Management）

• 开展仓库及罐区现场安全检查
• 确保个人防护用品（PPE）和安全操作规程得到执行
• 识别并上报安全隐患
• 参与安全事故调查及整改措施落实

3. 库存管理（Inventory Control）

• 确保物料收发记录准确及时
• 支持循环盘点及定期盘点工作
• 协助库存差异分析与改进
• 确保库存准确率≥99.5%

4. 团队协作（Team Coordination）

• 协助进行日常人员排班与分工
• 确保现场按SOP规范执行
• 协助监控作业绩效及运营效率

5. 沟通与持续改进（Communication & Continuous Improvement）

• 与计划、生产、质量及物流团队保持紧密沟通
• 及时反馈运营问题及偏差
• 支持精益改善及持续改进行动

任职要求：

• 大专及以上学历（化工、工程类专业优先）
• 5年以上仓储、罐区或化工现场操作相关经验
• 具备仓库及罐区基础操作知识
• 理解安全管理及危险化学品操作要求
• 具备良好的沟通与协调能力
• 能独立处理现场运行问题
• 熟悉SAP或仓储系统优先
• 责任心强，工作细致
• 持有叉车证（如适用）
• 具备安全培训相关证书优先
