Join a dynamic team of Telecommunications engineers responsible for converting phones across the enterprise to the Cisco platform including Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and CUCM. Supporting over 50,000 endpoints across 400 locations.

Summary

Provides a broad understanding and working knowledge of the unified communications (UC) infrastructure across the enterprise.

Job Description

Intermediate technical knowledge of various technology platforms and provides expert Tier 2 support for unified communication technologies. Operational responsibility of unified communications solutions. Ability to work directly with Internal customers to gather information and troubleshot issues. Engage and collaborate enterprise-wide to support and maintain solutions to enable effective communications tools. Interact directly with the business to assist in providing direction on appropriate usage of unified communication technologies. Provide support and guidance to UC technicians and other staff. Must be able to drive to locations requesting services and support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required or five years’ experience related to communication technology.



Valid Driver’s License required. Must maintain a good driving record.
