Customer Logistics Coordinator - Shanghai

We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team in Shanghai. Working closely with customers, agents and global colleagues, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics activities across the region.

Role Responsibilities Overview:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Work directly with customers to develop effective shipping and logistics solutions. 
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities and liaise with agents, suppliers and key partners.
• Collaborate closely with Biocair offices around the world to ensure efficient service delivery across the region. 
• Respond to customer enquiries accurately and professionally.
• Support operational activities in line with company processes, procedures and quality standards.

Work Structure: 

• Full-time (40 hours per week) 09:00 - 18:00

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of international trade and freight forwarding. 
• Experience or understanding of international logistics management. 
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging and logistics.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. 
• A proactive approach with the ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively within a team.
