Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and maintain infrastructure to meet business objectives
- Provide technical expertise for Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Field Service.
- Support Release Management by supporting deployments for new and existing services.
- Troubleshooting performance issues with services running in Salesforce.
- Promote a DevOps culture of operational excellence, enabling continuous integration and deployment, rapid iteration, ever increasing automation, and highly available services.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of total IT experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changeset and Ant.
- Good understanding of best practices of coding standards
- Valid Salesforce certification credentials
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
