A Day in the Life
We're looking for an HR Specialist – Operations Governance & Quality Excellence to help elevate the way HR services are delivered across the organization.In this role, you'll work at the intersection of HR operations, governance, quality management, and continuous improvement. You'll partner with stakeholders across HR teams to ensure employee lifecycle processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently while helping drive operational excellence and service quality.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
HR Governance & Quality
Drive process compliance, quality, and consistency across HR operations.
Conduct quality reviews and monitor performance to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service delivery.
Partner with stakeholders to strengthen governance, controls, and accountability.
Offer, Contract & Documentation Management
Oversee quality and governance of offer letters, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before release.
Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to reduce errors and rework.
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with HR Operations, AskHR, HRBPs, COEs, and other key stakeholders.
Resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and help deliver a seamless employee experience.
Build strong partnerships to support service excellence and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to simplify ways of working.
Lead root cause analysis and support process improvement initiatives that enhance quality, turnaround times, and first-pass accuracy.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, DMAIC, A3, or similar approaches.
Data, Reporting, & Insights
Track and analyze operational metrics including quality, error rates, first-pass yield, rework, service levels, turnaround times, and stakeholder escalations.
Develop dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Recommend improvements that enhance operational performance and customer experience.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a shared services, HR operations, HR service delivery, or similar environment.
Experience working with HR processes, employee lifecycle administration, or HR service operations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
Experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
Experience in governance, quality assurance, operational excellence, or process improvement roles.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, A3, or similar frameworks.
