In Warner Records we are looking for a versatile Project Manager to support our team in planning and executing launch campaigns for our artists, serving as the bridge between marketing strategy and promotional operations. We seek a dynamic individual who can fluidly transition between pure project management and Promo Management activities (Radio, Press, TV, Web), adapting to the specific needs of our roster and individual projects.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing & Project Management (70%)

  • Launch Coordination: Support the planning of music releases (singles and albums), ensuring deadlines are met and assets are properly delivered to partners.

  • Digital & Content Strategy: Collaborate on the creation of social and digital communication plans for artists, interfacing with content creators, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using data from streaming platforms and social media, drafting periodic reports. Ability to rework and adapt strategies based on market trends and fanbase engagement.

  • Budgeting: Assist in tracking marketing and promotional expenses associated with individual projects.
     

Promotion & Media Relations (30% - as needed)

  • Media Relations: Support pitching activities to radio and TV stations, as well as new digital media, and coordinate with PR/press offices.

  • Interview Management: Organize and coordinate promo days for artists (interview schedules, logistics, and accompanying the artist when necessary).

  • Press Release Writing: Draft and optimize press releases, newsletters, and promotional assets (e.g., EarOne cards).
     

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experience: Preferable experience within record labels, music management agencies, booking agencies, or specialized music press offices.

  • Market Knowledge: Strong passion for and understanding of the Italian and international music scene (trends, genres, market players).

  • Digital Skills: Excellent familiarity with main social media platforms (primarily TikTok and Instagram), streaming platforms, and music data analysis tools.

  • Media Literacy: Knowledge (even at an introductory level) of the Italian music media network (radio, generalist, and vertical publications).

  • Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong time management. Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy (essential for interacting with artists).

  • Languages: Good knowledge of English.
     

Base Salary: €28,000 to €35,000 gross annual salary (commensurate with experience).

Meal Vouchers: €10 per working day.
