Quality Control Lab Technician
Role responsibilities
The Quality Control Lab Technician will perform laboratory processes, prepare samples for testing, and document results accurately. They will also collaborate with quality and production departments to ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a major in food science or microbiology. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in dairy quality lab work and preferred certifications such as PCQI and HACCP.
