Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment engineering technician role. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, troubleshooting, calibration, and Mil standard knowledge. Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and calibration Skills: Understanding of electro-mechanical equipment relationships. Basic problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Basic Microsoft Skills, Word, Excel, Email Critical Thinking ability, Risk taking, out of the box thinker. Fast learner, willingness to take Initiative’s. Eager to learn, Energetic, Accept constructive feedback and application Strong work ethic and Accountability. Able to learn from mistakes, provide solutions, improve systems, procedures and move forward. Team Player Requirements: Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Willingness to share knowledge and expertise with others to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Communication: Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as business needs change. Experience: Understanding/awareness data analysis and statistical process control. Understanding/awareness Manufacturing Principles, Mil Standards, Specifications. Experience with Digital Multimeters, Digital Voltmeter, Oscilloscopes, Amp Meters, Leak Detectors etc. Work Environment: Physical Demands: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Work Schedule: This position is for second shift and will require 6-12 months on day shift training 6 a.m. to 2:30 PM.
