  • Organizational Relationship: Reports to Business Development Rep. Manager

  • Location Considerations: Strong preference for candidates residing in Georgia, Utah, Wisconsin, and Indiana

General Summary

Sales and marketing professional responsible for making outbound calls and fielding inbound leads to qualify and schedule practice consultations for prospective clients.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from company-provided strategic target lists, and inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Convert all MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads by scheduling consultations with our team of Practice Revenue Advisors.
  • Accurately track all sales-related activities and notes in Salesforce.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members.
  • Attend training and ensure comprehensive knowledge of both the value and the technical aspects of the Vyne Dental product offerings.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and keep current on competitors' offerings and industry trends.
  • Review and approve monthly commission statements in a timely manner.
  • Work with all other departments as needed to achieve overall company goals on sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent experience
  • 0-1 year of experience in an inside sales call center preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Door-to-door either setters or closers or collections agencies a plus. 
  • Working knowledge of sales process and customer service.
  • Experience in the dental industry, specifically dental billing and practice management is a plus.
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus.
  • GSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus.
