About Savvy Wealth:
Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.
Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.
AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.
We're a Series B company hitting our stride, with roughly 150 employees and over 500% year-over-year growth, backed by $105M from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, and Mark Casady (former CEO of LPL Financial). Come help us scale!

The Role:
Client Marketing at Savvy is one of the core reasons advisors choose us and stay — an embedded marketing services team that works directly with each advisor: dedicated support, campaigns built around their niche and audience, and a paid media program that extends their reach. As our advisor base scales, the challenge isn't only hiring fast enough — it's growing what each marketer can deliver.
We're hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the Client Marketing team and re-engineer how it operates. You'll run the team day to day, but your edge is operational: you turn a bespoke, high-touch service into repeatable, AI-leveraged systems so the team can support more advisors and help drive more growth for them as we scale. This is a builder's seat where you'll agentify as much of the marketing surface area as possible while protecting the quality advisors expect.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Client Marketing team — managers, associates, and a growth marketing function — while making AI leverage a core expectation of how the team works and how people progress in their careers.
Own the operating model: map the full campaign surface area (branding and DBA launches, lead generation, webinars, events, content, and advisor onboarding) and rebuild it into playbooks, templates, and automated or agentic workflows that make execution faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
Drive AUM-per-marketer efficiency: define and own the metrics that show marketing is getting more leverage per dollar of cost, and hit them by deploying tooling and automation rather than defaulting to headcount.
Stay ahead of the tooling: continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, pressure-test them against real advisor workflows, and pull the ones that work into the team's day-to-day before it's obvious to do so.
Build the systems and data layer: instrument campaign performance, standardize how work moves through the team, and partner with Product, Engineering, and AI/agent leads to ship internal tooling and agents that extend the team's capacity.
Own senior XFN relationships across Advisor Success, Growth, Product, and Compliance, and represent the marketing offering to top prospects when it's a competitive advantage for their practice.
Must Have:
7+ years in marketing or marketing operations, including time leading or building within a client-facing or services-oriented team
Genuinely AI-native: you've built, not just used — you've stood up AI and automation workflows that changed how a team works, and you experiment constantly with new tooling
Systems and operations instinct: you see a manual, repeated process and turn it into a workflow, a template, or an agent; you think in leverage and unit economics, not just output
Comfortable getting technical: you can reason about what AI tools can and can't do, work with Product and Engineering on internal tooling, and evaluate performance with data
Strong operator and people leader: you build systems and hold a team to them, run tight reviews, don't let loops stay open, and develop the people who report to you
Comfortable representing marketing in a sales conversation with a prospective advisor: specific, credible, and able to speak to what you'd build for them
Nice to Have:
Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
Experience scaling a marketing operations, RevOps, or marketing services function inside a high-growth environment
Experience in a compliance-regulated environment: you know how to move fast inside a compliance framework and build around it rather than treating it as a blocker
Fluency with the martech and automation stack, and familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
Benefits:
Competitive salary and equity package
Unlimited PTO + paid company holidays
Access to holistic medical, dental, and vision plans
Company 401(k), Commuter, and HSA/FSA plans
NYC office in the heart of Manhattan
Lunch and snacks provided in the office
