Save Report this job Position OverviewAs the independent Administrator of the Consolidated Tape Plan, DataCT LLC plays a critical role in ensuring the unified administration of Tapes A, B, and C under the CT Plan. The Revenue Operations Specialist serves as the backbone of this mandate—overseeing the full lifecycle of invoicing, collections, and revenue allocation for both direct and indirect subscribers. This role manages monthly and quarterly billing cycles, monitors accounts receivable aging, and drives delinquency follow-up to maintain financial discipline. It also supports the Revenue Allocation System (RAS) by executing participant distributions and validating data integrity across all reporting streams. Through meticulous reconciliation, compliance oversight, and collaboration with Finance and Market Data teams, Revenue Operations ensures transparency, accuracy, and operational excellence in DataCT’s market data administration. The role reports to the Head of Finance.DataCT operates under the independence, governance, and transparency framework established in the CT Plan and the Administrator RFP. All staff are expected to uphold the independence of the Administrator function, avoid actual or perceived conflicts of interest, and support the governance reporting obligations of the Operating Committee of CT Plan LLC.Core ResponsibilitiesRun monthly and quarterly invoicing cycles for direct and indirect subscribers.Manage collections, AR aging, and delinquency follow-up.Support Revenue Allocation System (RAS) calculations and participant distributions.Maintain billing data integrity and reconciliations.Qualifications3–5 years in billing, AR, or revenue operations.Experience with high-volume invoicing and ERP systems.Familiarity with market data billing concepts preferred.Location RequirementThis position requires regular, in-person physical presence at DataCT's...
