This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business and industry acumen, and build expertise in solution-based selling aligned to executive priorities. You will also gain experience managing end-to-end engagements, from opportunity development through to value realization. This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment, enabling you to work both remotely and from the office.  Responsibilities本ポジションでは、顧客のAI導入プロジェクトにおける 単なる案件創出にとどまらず、社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、 顧客の業務プロセス変革の実現を支援いただきます。 Opportunity DevelopmentからValue Realizationを見据えた 提案活動の推進を通じて、中長期的な事業成果の実現に 貢献いただくことを期待しています。Engage with enterprise business and IT stakeholders to identify strategic challenges and align AI-driven solutions with customer prioritiesDrive solution selling engagements centered on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI technologies to achieve business outcomesDevelop and execute account strategies that support long-term customer success and digital transformation initiativesCollaborate with internal technical teams, partners, and Global Black Belts (GBBs) to create and advance opportunitiesPosition Microsoft solutions effectively by understanding competitive offerings and articulating differentiated value propositionsManage pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and value realization planningLead customer engagement beyond opportunity development through to post-deployment value realization Qualifications以下のいずれかを満たす方:コンピューターサイエンス、情報技術、経営学、または関連分野における学士号を有し、4年以上のテクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメントのご経験をお持ちの方または、5年以上のテクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメントのご経験をお持ちの方 以下のいずれかのご経験・スキルをお持ちの方は歓迎します:経営学修士(MBA)、情報技術、または関連分野における修士号を有し、3年以上のテクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメントのご経験をお持ちの方情報技術、または関連分野における学士号を有し、6年以上のテクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメントのご経験をお持ちの方7年以上のテクノロジー関連の営業のご経験をお持ちの方ソリューションまたはサービス営業のご経験を4年以上お持ちの方  This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
