You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC) of FIELD OFC. You will provide advice, consultation, and assistance concerning the Naval Acquisition Development Program (NADP) recruitment processes to command customers and key stakeholders. You will work closely with the servicing Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) to meet standards for new hire qualifications and suitability for entrance as a new federal employee. You will complete human capital analyses regarding hiring trends and execution rates to formulate forward-looking, strategic initiatives that address immediate and long-term talent acquisition demands. You will lead the Recruiting team by resolving hiring challenges, identifying training needs, and organizing team workloads to maximize efficiency. You will manage and control budget-based phasing plans in close coordination with the Budget Division Team Lead to secure funding availability and maintain audit readiness for all schedules hiring actions. You will prepare and brief senior leaders and program stakeholders on recruiting data, execution milestones, and strategic initiatives to ensure continuous alignment with NADP recruiting objectives.
