Accountabilities:
- Independently manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring performance aligns with client goals and KPIs.
- Oversee multiple client accounts (up to 12–14 accounts or ~$50K MRR), serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute advanced optimization strategies including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation to improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using platforms such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Shopify data.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and presentations that translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Handle client escalations independently and propose effective resolution strategies when performance challenges arise.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and support the training and mentorship of junior team members.
- 3–5 years of experience in agency and/or e-commerce paid social roles.
- Strong expertise across major paid social platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts with budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+ per month.
- Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, TripleWhale, and Shopify backend.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns based on actionable insights.
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization strategies.
- Ability to independently manage escalations and resolve mid-level client concerns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
- Ability to obtain Meta Blueprint and TikTok certifications within six months.
