Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end design of complex product initiatives, from discovery and ideation through to execution and release.
- Translate ambiguous user and product problems into clear design directions, prototypes, and high-fidelity solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics and delivery outcomes.
- Conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Develop clear creative briefs, design rationale, and communication artifacts to align stakeholders.
- Contribute to product strategy, prioritization discussions, and experimentation frameworks.
- Maintain and evolve design quality across multiple product surfaces, ensuring consistency and usability at scale.
- Mentor and support peers, contributing to a culture of craft excellence and design ownership.
- 6+ years of experience in product design, including at least 2+ years in senior-level roles within consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product design work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different levels of complexity.
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills, including prototyping and high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience working with data-informed design decisions, combining qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and turning undefined problems into structured solutions.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams in agile or iterative environments.
- Nice to have: experience with privacy-focused products, experimentation frameworks, or AI-assisted design workflows.
