Responsible for developing and executing integrated retail marketing plans that connect brand priorities with marketplace opportunities. Partners cross-functionally to deliver compelling consumer experiences, accelerate membership growth, and maximize the impact of retail marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the North & West retail marketing strategy, translating Greater China priorities into regional and city marketplace plans.
Drive seasonal and city-based marketing initiatives that strengthen consumer connection and business performance.
Develop localized retail marketing programs that elevate brand storytelling and consumer experiences across retail environments.
Partner with Brand Marketing, Marketplace, Stores, Membership, Digital and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Manage regional marketing budgets, performance metrics, and investment priorities to maximize impact and ROI.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while building organizational capability and talent pipelines.

Accountable for the performance of the North & West Retail Marketing organization. Leads and develops people leaders and experienced professionals. Responsible for budget management, talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, consumer marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience leading regional or marketplace marketing strategies in a complex matrix organization.
Strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive both brand impact and business results.
Deep understanding of Greater China consumer and retail landscape.
