Accountabilities:
- Implement and manage SAP security solutions across SAP RISE, cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP user roles, authorization concepts, access controls, and security profiles.
- Support SAP governance, risk, and compliance activities using SAP GRC tools, including access risk analysis and compliance monitoring.
- Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident management activities to identify and resolve security issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and technical stakeholders to support successful SAP transformation projects.
- Manage user administration, role provisioning, troubleshooting of authorization issues, and access-related requests.
- Develop security documentation, guidelines, and training materials to promote SAP security best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on strengthening SAP security processes and operational efficiency.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong experience working with SAP RISE, SAP S/4HANA, and modern cloud-based SAP landscapes.
- Practical expertise in SAP GRC modules, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
- Experience with SAP Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, role design, and authorization management.
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis, compliance controls, and SAP security audit requirements.
- Understanding of SAP security concepts across cloud, hybrid, and traditional on-premise environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex security issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with global teams and clients.
- Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), SAP BTP security, SAP Fiori security, and S/4HANA authorization concepts is a plus.
- SAP Security or SAP GRC certifications are considered an advantage.
