POSITION OVERVIEW
The Escrow Assistant role in California’s Central Valley involves providing administrative and transactional support to Escrow Officers to ensure timely and accurate handling of residential and commercial real estate transactions. This includes file setup, document preparation, and communication coordination among parties involved.
LOCATION
This position is onsite in the Central Valley area.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Open and maintain escrow files from start to close.
Collect lender/client info and respond to routine requests.
Keep data clean and current in escrow systems and Microsoft Office.
Prepare, assemble, and send escrow document packages.
Support signings and closings (documents, funds, and timelines).
Coordinate updates with agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. College level courses a plus.
3 years or more preferred required.
Similar fast-paced positions in lending, banking, real estate and office environments will be considered.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $16.90 – $20.00 hourly. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.
