Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns across 360 channels including, but not limited to digital, social, KOL, email, instant messaging, website.
• Lead project development, implementation, and evaluation across all functions.
• Develop briefs and assign deliverables to capability teams to execute and implement agreed campaigns.
• Oversee campaign performance analysis and enhance existing campaigns or programmes.
• Innovate brand communication and advertising strategies, including offline revenue streams.
• Assess and enhance existing programs, collaborating with clients for opportunities.
• Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client’s future strategy and tactics.
• Expand client base and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• • A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications
  • Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns in an integrated agency environment, handling 360-channel campaigns
  • Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches
  • Strong understanding of consumer insight, consumer experience and overall consumer journey across channels
  • Experience in consumer FMCG or lead-gen projects is preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English & BM
  • Dedication to clients and team colleagues
  • Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production
  • Experience working in an integrated agency environment
