As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will serve as a key strategic partner to the business, acting as a dynamic individual contributor who drives the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and the broader HR team to implement key talent cycle processes, manage employee relations, analyze organizational structures, and facilitate team development.

  • People Development & Talent Cycle: Support the organization in executing people development processes within the People Cycle Plan, including performance management (goal setting, check-ins, and evaluations), succession planning, workforce planning, and coordinating development tools (talent maps, IDPs, etc.).
  • Organizational Design & Analysis: Analyze organizational structures for business planning purposes, considering department-specific personal and professional requirements, and providing support regarding roles and responsibilities.
  • Retention & Compensation Support: Partner with Senior HRBPs & CoEs to implement retention strategies, and support organizational restructuring as needed.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Conduct internal investigations, execute action plans (including counseling and Performance Improvement Plans - PEPs), and manage labor relations and compliance issues.
  • Policy & Procedure Guidance: Provide support and guidance to employees regarding compliance with corporate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Business Solutions & Change Management: Identify and create integral solutions for the business using effective tools, such as Change Management and Problem-Solving methodologies.
  • Influence & Relationship Building: Influence business decisions based on core HR competencies. Build effective, trusting relationships at all levels of the organization with a strong focus on the overall Employee Experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degrees or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Typically 5 to 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a focus on employee relations, talent development, or business partnering. Previous experience supporting executive-level leadership or acting as an administrative liaison in a corporate environment is highly valued.
  • Language Skills: Advanced professional English proficiency (fluent written and spoken) is required to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.
  • Key Competencies & Technical Skills:
    • Strong working knowledge of corporate HR policies, procedures, and local employment regulations, specifically Mexican Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo - LFT).
    • Exceptional discretion and professional integrity when handling highly confidential organizational data and sensitive executive-level communications.
    • Demonstrated analytical capability to interpret workforce metrics and translate complex data into actionable talent programs.
    • Strong interpersonal agility, with the ability to shift seamlessly between strategic HR partner tasks and high-level administrative coordination.
