As an Offline Marketing Senior Specialist, you will drive the execution and on-ground delivery of offline marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support business growth. You will manage end-to-end offline campaigns, including roadshows, outdoor advertising, print materials, and field activations, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution.


Responsibilities

  • Offline Campaign Planning & Execution 

 Lead the execution of offline marketing campaigns, including roadshows, outdoor campaigns, and field activations 
 Translate marketing objectives into actionable offline plans with clear timelines and deliverables 

  • Roadshows & Field Activations 

 Manage roadshows, flyers, giveaways, and on-ground brand activations 
 Oversee logistics, setup, and execution to ensure consistent brand representation 

  • Creative Production & Printing Management 

 Handle the creation, production, and printing of offline marketing materials 
 Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency 

  • Outdoor Advertising & Media 

 Manage outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboards and offline placements 
 Ensure proper execution, visibility, and compliance with brand guidelines 

  • Content & Ad Shoots 

 Participate in offline ad shoots and production activities 
 Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support smooth execution of shoots 

  • Cross-Functional Coordination 

 Work closely with Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams to align offline initiatives with overall campaigns 
 Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders and execution partners 

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting 

 Track offline campaign execution and effectiveness against defined objectives 
 Provide regular updates and post-campaign insights to support continuous improvement 

  • Travel & Field Presence 

 Travel frequently to support on-ground execution, especially during peak campaign seasons 
 Ensure hands-on supervision of activations and offline initiatives.  
 

Requirements

  • Experience 

 3–6 years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing, or brand activations 
 Experience in managing roadshows, outdoor campaigns, or on-ground activations. Background in fintech, banking, financial services, or consumer-focused industries is highly preferred 

  • Offline Marketing Expertise 

 Strong understanding of offline marketing channels, production workflows, and printing processes 
 Hands-on experience managing vendors, suppliers, and agencies 

  • Project & Execution Skills 

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in fast-paced environments 
 Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution excellence 

  • Communication & Collaboration 

 Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills 
 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners 

  • Flexibility & Mobility 

 High flexibility for frequent travel and field work 
 Comfortable working on-ground and during peak seasonal campaigns 

  • Problem-Solving & Ownership 

 Proactive mindset with the ability to handle challenges and resolve execution issues quickly
