Accountabilities:

    The Senior Client Partner will own enterprise sales growth within a strategic market, managing complex sales opportunities from pipeline development through contract execution. This role requires strong commercial leadership, executive engagement, and the ability to communicate the value of AI-driven transformation solutions.

    • Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and account planning.
    • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Engage senior decision-makers across business functions including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Operations to position strategic solutions.
    • Create compelling business cases using ROI analysis, data insights, and value-based selling techniques.
    • Apply structured sales methodologies, including qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, to improve deal execution and forecast accuracy.
    • Coordinate internal teams including solution consultants, legal, marketing, professional services, and customer success to deliver seamless customer experiences.
    • Partner with product teams to provide customer insights and contribute to future solution development.
    • Collaborate with strategic partners to strengthen market presence and customer outcomes.
    • Maintain disciplined CRM management, accurate forecasting, and consistent sales reporting.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an accomplished enterprise sales professional with experience selling complex technology solutions and engaging executive-level stakeholders. They combine strategic thinking, commercial discipline, and a customer-focused mindset to drive sustainable growth.

      • 8+ years of experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions, with a proven history of closing multi-million-dollar deals.
      • Demonstrated success in SaaS, digital transformation, BPO, e-commerce, online marketing, or related technology sales environments.
      • Strong experience with strategic, value-based selling and building business cases for enterprise buyers.
      • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and complex procurement processes.
      • Deep understanding of AI, automation, customer engagement technologies, or digital transformation trends.
      • Strong pipeline management skills with experience maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM discipline.
      • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
      • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
      • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.
      • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.
      • English proficiency required for communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
