Accountabilities:
- Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation, webinar, CRM, and related operational tools.
- Design, maintain, and improve integrations between marketing and sales systems to ensure accurate and reliable data flows.
- Develop connections with data platforms and product analytics tools to strengthen insights and reporting capabilities.
- Build dashboards, attribution models, and performance reports that translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to define key performance indicators aligned with pipeline generation and revenue objectives.
- Own lead management processes, including lead capture, lifecycle management, scoring models, segmentation, routing rules, and sales handoffs.
- Establish and maintain data governance practices to improve data quality, consistency, and operational reliability.
- Identify operational gaps and create scalable processes, templates, and workflows that enable marketing teams to work more efficiently.
- Manage project priorities, communicate progress and recommendations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to reduce repetitive work, increase productivity, and improve marketing execution.
- 4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 considered an asset.
- Experience building and managing integrations between marketing and sales systems.
- Strong understanding of data flows, system architecture, and troubleshooting within marketing technology environments.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards, reports, attribution models, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Experience supporting B2B go-to-market strategies, ideally across enterprise and self-service business models.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools, automation workflows, or AI agents to improve marketing productivity.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and operate effectively in a remote environment.
- Competitive salary range of CAD $80,000–$120,000 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.
