Accountabilities:

    • Lead the development, execution, and oversight of insurance strategies within wealth management solutions, with a focus on life insurance and annuities integration.
    • Support financial advisors by connecting both licensed and unlicensed professionals with internal insurance resources and expertise.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with external insurance brokers and partners to ensure effective product access and service delivery.
    • Provide ongoing insurance sales support, including coordination with internal M Financial agents and wealth leadership teams.
    • Ensure compliance with FINRA supervision requirements, including suitability reviews when applicable within broker-dealer activities.
    • Track performance metrics, monitor operational activities, and identify opportunities to automate and improve insurance-related processes.
    • Lead or support project planning initiatives, collaborating across business, product, and technology teams to enhance service models and execution.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
      • 6+ years of experience in life insurance, annuities, or related wealth management insurance functions.
      • Active Series 24 license and experience as a registered representative within the wealth management industry.
      • Strong knowledge of insurance products, financial planning strategies, and high-net-worth client servicing.
      • Experience working with advisors, product vendors, or insurance distribution partners in a collaborative environment.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial and insurance concepts.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology tools used in financial services environments.
      • Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients or family office services is a strong plus.
