Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end deployments, taking workflows from initial process definitions to production-ready systems with measurable improvements.
- Configure, implement, and optimize enterprise workflow environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Debug complex integrations, build custom agents when needed, and adapt solutions to customer-specific technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive successful adoption of AI-powered workflows.
- Translate customer challenges into product improvements, technical requirements, and reusable implementation patterns.
- Create documentation, deployment playbooks, and best practices that accelerate future implementations.
- Train customer teams and ensure they can independently manage and improve deployed solutions.
- Contribute directly to product evolution by identifying opportunities, fixing issues, and developing features, agents, and reusable components.
- Experience delivering software solutions in enterprise production environments with a strong understanding of reliability, governance, and scalability requirements.
- Strong engineering skills with the ability to debug integrations, develop custom solutions, and work with distributed systems.
- Experience with Java services, React interfaces, and modern software development practices.
- Ability to configure and operate workflow platforms, clusters, and enterprise application environments.
- Practical experience applying AI technologies to solve real-world problems, including agent workflows, prompt engineering, context management, and AI system testing.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to engineers, architects, and business leaders.
- Ability to operate independently, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and create structure where processes are still evolving.
- Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, or professional services roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance is beneficial.
- Experience with agentic systems, AI-integrated workflows, or open-source/platform contributions is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as needed.
