You ensure that people, facilities, information, and assets are protected in line with regulatory, customer, and defense-industry requirements. Your Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain physical security concepts for offices, production areas, test facilities, and sensitive zonesEnsure compliance with security standards and regulations relevant to defense, critical infrastructure, and industrial environmentsManage access control systems, visitor processes, badge management, and security zonesConduct security risk assessments, audits, and incident analyses, and define mitigation measuresAct as the main point of contact for security-related topics with internal stakeholders, authorities, customers, and external security providersDefine and enforce security policies, procedures, and awareness measures for employees and contractorsCoordinate and oversee external security service providersSupport security requirements for customer projects, audits, and certificationsPrepare and maintain security documentation, reports, and incident recordsYour ProfileDegree in Security Management, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience Several years of experience in physical security, corporate security, or site security, ideally in regulated or defense-related environments Strong understanding of access control, surveillance systems, security processes, and risk management Experience working with authorities, auditors, and external security providers Structured, reliable, and discreet working style with high integrity Strong communication skills and ability to enforce policies in a pragmatic manner Fluent in English; German is required Benefits and PerksCompetitive salary and benefits packageA shaping role in an emerging dual use companyOpportunity to work with a highly innovative, international, and dynamic teamRoom for professional growth and developmentParticipation in the company's success, with access to regular events, knowledge exchange and meetupsAbout usARX is a dual-use technology company that specializes in developing autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defence sector.
