Senior Program Management Manager

Role responsibilities

Leads the Program Management function at a site, ensuring effective collaboration with Operations and other site functions to drive customer satisfaction. Responsible for establishing standard work and implementing best practices while managing customer contracts and team development.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree with 8 or more years of related experience is preferred, with an equivalent combination of education and experience considered. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage customer contracts effectively.
