Full time On-site.The CAM/OPM (Control Account Manager / Operations Program Manager) is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of control account budgets, schedules, scope and technical performance measurement. Responsible for all manufacturing and/or Development efforts of project execution, and cost.What You'll Get to Do:The ideal candidate will manage to a line of balance, oversee and/or guide root cause and corrective actions to closure. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. The candidate will be responsible for interfacing with technical leadership, program management, engineering, production control, global supply chain, and production supervisors to ensure hardware modules are built within cost and budget while meeting operation build schedules.Basic Qualifications Principal Production Operations:Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related professional experience that includes a background in project management, supply chain, mathematics, engineering, operations or business. 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications to include advanced skills using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong Excel skills to include utilization of Pivot Tables.Experience with MRP Knowledge: gathering, manipulating, and processing raw data at scale. Interpreting data provided by SAP, PDM and MES Systems.Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules and overall hardware statusExperience reading engineering documentation, BOM Structures, and PLM toolsExperience with project leadership and/or process improvementAbility to obtain a Security ClearanceAbility to maintain clearance - Special Program Access (PAR/SAP)US Citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications Principal Production Operations:Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with EVMS processes, baseline forecasting, risk and opportunity management, and Control Account Management (CAM) experienceExperience gathering, manipulating, and processing raw data at scale.
