Accountabilities:
- Manage and follow up with qualified inbound leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and screen-sharing presentations to showcase solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Guide prospects through the complete sales process, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and internal teams to optimize lead management and scheduling.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline progression, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
- Support pricing discussions and work with leadership on negotiation strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvements within sales processes.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a closing role within a solution-sales, SaaS, or technology-focused environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and telephone skills.
- Experience managing sales cycles and converting qualified leads into customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and position technology solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with quoting, invoicing, purchasing processes, or related commercial activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is considered an asset.
