Accountabilities:
- Own and execute renewal strategies across a portfolio of customer contracts with technology vendors and manufacturers.
- Build, maintain, and improve accurate renewal pipeline reports, forecasts, and tracking processes.
- Provide sales teams with actionable insights and leading indicators around upcoming renewal opportunities.
- Partner with sales and channel operations teams to generate renewal quotes 30, 60, and 90 days before contract expiration dates.
- Work directly with customers to support renewal transactions, contract consolidation, and account retention initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with manufacturer, OEM, and software partner renewal teams.
- Maximize eligibility and attainment of renewal incentives, rebates, and partner programs.
- Educate internal stakeholders on renewal opportunities, program updates, and relevant offerings.
- Assist customers through phone and email communication regarding quotes, support questions, and renewal processes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, security requirements, and operational standards.
- Continuously improve renewal workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
- Strong experience in renewals, sales operations, account management, customer success operations, or a related business function.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations while maintaining accountability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers and supporting business conversations.
- General understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and business development practices.
- Experience working with manufacturer programs, vendor processes, or partner ecosystems is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and quote presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and operational processes.
- Competitive base salary range of $85,000 – $90,000 plus bonus and/or commission opportunities depending on location and experience.
