Senior Manager, OSC Business & Program Management (Remote)
Role responsibilities
The Sr. Manager of OSC Business & Program Management oversees the deployment and maturation of Operations & Supply Chain process standards while managing project timelines and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency and driving site improvement efforts across RTX’s Top 60 manufacturing facilities.
Requirements
Candidates must have a University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years. A strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and experience in leading large-scale projects is also required.
