The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process and analyze data.Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of Technology Infrastructure delivery activities and apply basic technical knowledge to provide user-support for applications, software, hardware and network issuesAssist in performing basic diagnostic work to recognize, track, and report on problems, escalating when necessaryResolve simple, routine problems and partner with proper parties to resolve more complex problemsUse Citi's risk management and control methods (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit, etc.) to conduct periodic reviews of activities and ensure work is compliant with risk objectivesUse precedence, best-practices and established disciplinary knowledge to assist in making and implementing decisionsGrasp internal stakeholder requirements, expectations and effectively resolve problemsResearch and interpret factual information and identify inconsistencies in data or resultsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:0-2 years of relevant experienceEffective written and verbal communicationGeneral knowledge of infrastructure technologies and standards within specialty area(s)Detail oriented and self-directedAbility to work in virtual / in-person teams and work under pressure or to a deadlineEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Infrastructure------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$59,200.00 - $82,600.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
