You will be a Solution Sales Engineer specializing in Identity Security and IAM within the EMEA region, serving as a primary technical authority and strategic advisor for customers in the Middle East, influencing high-value security investments. You will lead the full technical sales cycle – from discovery and solution design to proof-of-value and deal closure – by leveraging deep expertise in identity and AI to secure enterprise applications and infrastructure. You will join a supportive team that prioritizes customer success and community impact, offering an environment where you can have fun, feel inspired, and contribute to meaningful change. **Your Impact** As a Sales Solutions Engineer at Cisco, you will be a technical authority who directly influences high-value investments by serving as a trusted advisor to CISOs, senior executives, and other decision makers. You will own the technical win strategy, driving revenue growth through superior solution design, competitive positioning, and the execution of high-impact trials. By leading complex sales cycles and securing technical wins, you will be instrumental in expanding Cisco’s security footprint within key accounts across the Middle East. Your expertise in Zero Trust architecture and the foundational elements of IAM, MFA, and PAM will be critical to securing both human and non-human identities within customers’ environments. You will lead discovery sessions to architect comprehensive solutions that address specific customer threats and compliance requirements. Through compelling demonstrations and workshops, you will differentiate Cisco’s portfolio, ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable security improvements and clear return on investment. Beyond individual deals, you will establish yourself as a thought leader by translating emerging security trends into actionable customer value. By fostering a "One Cisco" approach, you will collaborate across functions to integrate identity security solutions with broader networking portfolios, while cultivating customer advocates to influence product roadmaps. Your commitment to technical excellence and community engagement will ultimately solidify Cisco’s reputation as the premier partner for enterprise identity security. **Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience inatechnicalsales,solutions engineering, or similar role, managing technical and business relationships with complex global organizations. + Working knowledge of theIdentity and IAMecosystem. + Ability to closelycollaboratewith sales and customer-facing teams to drive business results. + Extensive experience working with customers across the Middle East region of EMEA. + Exceptional presentation skills withabilityto articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences from practitioners to executives. + Strong business acumen connecting technical solutions to business outcomes and ROI. + Consultative selling approach with proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships. **Preferred Qualifications** + Degree in engineering,computerscience, ora related field. + Familiarity with howsecurity, networking, and identity engineers design, implement, integrate, manage, and support these platforms. + Extensive experience across multiple customer segments (Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, and Partners) witha solidknowledge of CiscoSecure Networkingsolutions includingDuo,MulticloudDefense, Secure Access, SD-WAN/SASE, and AI Security/Agentic AI. + Experience with differentIdentity and directory vendorsand their products (Cisco Duo, Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, SailPointetc.), either through managing these platforms in a production environment, or through selling and integrating them into customer environments. + Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively influence and engage large audiences, senior leaders, customers, and partners. + Cisco CCIE/CCNP, ISC2, or other industry-standard certification in Security or Networking. **Why Cisco?** At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
