Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP QM processes, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, support implementations, and drive continuous process improvements. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management implementations or support projects. Key Responsibilities * Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions. * Configure and customize SAP Quality Management (QM) modules according to business needs. * Design, implement, test, and deploy SAP QM solutions in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. * Support end-to-end implementation projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement initiatives. * Configure and maintain: * Quality Planning * Quality Inspection * Quality Notifications * Certificate Processing * Audit Management (when applicable) * Manage inspection types, inspection plans, sampling procedures, master inspection characteristics, and quality catalogs. * Configure quality notifications and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). * Collaborate with business users to optimize quality management processes. * Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices. * Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations. * Work closely with ABAP developers during development and testing activities. * Execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution. * Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP QM-related issues. * Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training. * Participate in global SAP transformation and S/4HANA migration initiatives. * Ensure SAP solutions comply with company standards and industry best practices. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Solid experience of hands-on SAP QM consulting experience. * Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. * Experience configuring SAP Quality Management module. * Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management business processes. * Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project. * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and in global, cross-functional teams. * Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
