This individual is responsible for the day-to-day staff management, identification of issues with resolution, and staff quality/productivity measures. This position is responsible for promoting a positive patient experience and ensuring patient satisfaction.

- Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
- Upon hire: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
- 6 months Familiarity with basic financial clearance functions.
- 3 years Supervisory experience in outpatient registration or related experience in healthcare setting.
- 1 year Knowledge of Epic applications.
- 6 months Coursework in subjects such as team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution, etc.
- Experience with MEDITECH system.
