Accountabilities:
- Act as the primary operational and technical liaison between clients and BIM/VDC delivery teams, ensuring alignment across all project phases.
- Lead client onboarding, coordination meetings, governance sessions, and technical delivery reviews to maintain project clarity and execution quality.
- Translate client requirements, design intent, and project specifications into clear instructions for production and offshore teams.
- Oversee BIM/VDC coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring consistency and clash-free delivery.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and digital execution frameworks across projects.
- Manage clash detection, coordination issue resolution, constructability reviews, and installation planning workflows.
- Administer and optimize collaboration environments using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) and related platforms.
- Support scan-to-BIM and point cloud integration workflows to ensure accurate model development and coordination.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedules, and client expectations.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and best-practice guidance to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Partner with client services and leadership teams to support account growth, retention, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in AEC, BIM/VDC, or construction technology environments.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, technical delivery management, or BIM/VDC operations leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination workflows.
- Experience with clash detection, BIM execution planning, and digital coordination processes.
- Familiarity with additional tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revizto, Rhino, Enscape, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of U.S. construction practices, building codes, and project delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills with a leadership presence.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as Autodesk Professional, PMP, LEED, or BIM-related credentials are a plus.
- Competitive base salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 plus commission.
