Accountabilities:
- Receive and manage new service requests from clients, ensuring proper prioritization and compliance with established deadlines.
- Monitor the progress of field activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate the distribution of assignments among auditors and field teams, considering location, timelines, and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to validate materials, documentation, and information provided to clients.
- Supervise and support teams operating across different regions, ensuring process standardization and service consistency.
- Identify training and development needs within the team and support capability-building initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance indicators and proactively address challenges or inefficiencies.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven work environment.
- Technical degree, technologist qualification, or university degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in leadership or supervisory positions.
- Valid Category B driver's license, issued for a minimum of two years.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating field operations and geographically distributed teams is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions in dynamic environments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of agribusiness processes, inspections, auditing activities, or field operations will be considered an advantage.
