It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionJob SummaryTo ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specificationTo carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo monitor daily process KPOV and KPIVTo trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basisTo ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parametersTo carry out evaluations for process improvementTo ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalentPreferred2-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing EngineerFamiliar with SPC and Design of Experiments.SkillsMinitab/JMP , Spotfire or other data analytics tool, SPC, DOE, Problem solvingAdditional InformationWD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
