Accountabilities:
- Interpret and analyze judicial decisions, court orders, and legal notifications, ensuring accurate understanding and appropriate procedural follow-up.
- Update and maintain case management systems with procedural progress, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Support negotiation processes and administrative settlements related to labor claims.
- Manage procedural calendars, including hearings, expert examinations, deadlines, and key litigation milestones.
- Organize and structure evidentiary documentation, including payment records, legal filings, and procedural regularizations.
- Assist in the coordination of case activities, ensuring compliance with internal legal workflows and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or current student in Law, without active OAB registration (mandatory requirement).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and comfort using digital tools and systems.
- Familiarity with labor law fundamentals, including procedural stages under the CLT, hearings, deadlines, and appeals.
- Understanding of common legal documents such as petitions, opinions, objections, and procedural filings.
- Basic knowledge of judicial systems such as PJe and case tracking platforms.
- Ability to interpret procedural documents and basic technical reports (legal, medical, or accounting expert opinions).
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, deadlines, and procedural updates.
- Clear written communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary stakeholders involved in legal processes.
