ResponsibilitiesDrive the user experience of key product areas, grounded in deep user empathy and informed by data (JTBD, telemetry, and customer feedback) Own feature areas end-to-end, ensuring high quality, strong craft, and consistency across broader workflows Execute across the full design lifecycle, from concept and ideation through validation, iteration, handoff, and post-ship refinement Design interaction patterns for human/AI collaboration, focusing on clarity, trust, transparency, and appropriate user control Use rapid AI prototyping and user validation to inform decisions and reduce risk ahead of engineering investment Partner closely with engineering, product management, research, and data experts to deliver experiences within technical and performance constraints Navigate ambiguity and constraints effectively, finding practical ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency and raise quality, contributing to a strong and growing design culture Embody our culture and values QualificationsRequired Qualifications :Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design...
