Overview:
Inovalon is seeking a very highly qualified Executive Assistant to support senior members of our executive leadership team. The ideal professional will be able to perform specialized and/or technical administrative work and coordinate and perform a full range of advanced level, confidential and complex administrative duties for Inovalon's leaders as they create a footprint in the industry through hard work, high energy, and innovative thinking.

Additional Criteria:
• Support senior level Executives and/or executive management teams with regard to handling telephone calls, maintaining complex calendars and meeting coordination and support, document management, communications, travel arrangements, and other such support.
• Prepare high-level complex presentations for the executive team and protect confidential information that relates to the strategy of the company, Board of Directors, shareholders, investors, and the department.
• Provide support and assists with key budgetary responsibilities including monitoring and reconciling, may authorize expenditures with certain limits.
• Communicate and interpret, convey highly complex information to others and take steps to ensure understanding and shares information in a clear and concise manner.
• Tailor communication to different audiences effectively and provides guidance to others.
• May assist in establishing policies and procedures for the department and senior executive level administrative activities.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or Bachelor's degree in relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5+ Years of progressive executive assistant experience support to senior executive/C Suite level
• Demonstrated experience attending senior level meetings, taking notes and/or minutes, interpreting, drafting and distributing (pending approval) correspondence
• Administrative Professional certification

• 5+ of progressive executive assistant experience support to senior executive/C Suite level
• Demonstrated experience attending senior level meetings, taking notes and/or minutes, interpreting, drafting and distributing (pending approval) correspondence
