Position Summary
We are seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Fusion implementations across enterprise clients. The consultant serves as the technical-functional bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams - owning configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities across the full Oracle Fusion Cloud suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Functional Setup Manager (FSM) configuration across ERP, HCM, PPM, and SCM modules - business units, legal entities, ledgers, approval workflows, and flexfields
- Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify root causes across configuration, integration, data, and process layers; maintain issue register and drive resolutions
- Design and troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations - adapters, orchestrations, business event subscriptions, REST/SOAP APIs, and error handling
- Lead FBDI and HCM Data Loader (HDL) data migration workstreams - mapping, validation, sequenced loads, and cutover planning
- Design Oracle Fusion security model - Job Roles, Data Roles, Duty Roles, MOAC configuration, and row-level data access
- Build and facilitate end-to-end UAT cycles; manage regression testing after Oracle quarterly Cloud updates
- Configure OTBI reports, Financial Reporting Studio statements, and advise on analytics architecture (OAC, Power BI)
- Drive stakeholder alignment on open design decisions; produce functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and integration specifications
Technical Requirements
- Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, OTL, Payroll, Absence, Core HR, PPM, Procurement, Order Management
- Platform: FSM, BPM/AME workflows, Descriptive and Key Flexfields (DFF/KFF), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Security Console, MOAC
- Integration: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP/Autonomous DB, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI/HDL, Business Events
- Reporting: OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Smart View
- SQL proficiency for data validation and cross-module troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 7+ years Oracle ERP implementation experience; minimum 3 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud
- At least 2 full-cycle Fusion Cloud implementations from FSM configuration through go-live
- Hands-on experience in 4+ in-scope modules; OIC integration experience required
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in one or more modules preferred (GL, Payroll, PPM, Procurement)
- Experience within a Systems Integrator (SI) or consulting firm environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent experience
