Responsibilities

This role is a part-time, onsite commitment at our Denver office, typically requiring 20 hours per week. We value a flexible, trust-oriented culture where you can manage your schedule according to office priorities. We are looking for team players with exceptional organizational skills who can work independently to drive impact. From time to time, extra hours may be necessary to support unique office initiatives, employee engagement events, or onboarding logistics. 

The role will report to our Manager, Office Operations while working closely with People Ops and the Executive Teams to foster a positive work environment for the Workato team and guests. 

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Provide day-to-day office operations support, responding to employee requests and workplace needs for our Denver and New York office. 
  • Coordinate new hire office setup and onboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience. 

  • Manage office access, including parking assignments and key fob administration.

  • Oversee office equipment, including printers, monitors and TV’s 

  • Manage office food and beverage programs for the Denver and New York office. 

  • Support meeting logistics, including conference room setup and onsite event coordination. 

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, holiday celebrations, and office community events. 

  • Maintain and update office operations documentation, including Office and Global Events Confluence pages. 

  • Partner cross-functionally to support workplace operations, employee experience, and office initiatives across multiple locations. 

  • Bring new ideas and creative solutions to enhance the employee experience and office environment. 

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, executive support, hospitality, or a related role.

  • Experience coordinating office operations, employee onboarding, vendors, or workplace logistics. 

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and learning new technology platforms. 

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to support occasional offsite errands or office-related tasks. 

  • Experience planning office events, employee engagement activities, or workplace celebrations is a plus. 

  • Must be able to work onsite in our Denver office approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility to occasionally work additional hours as business needs require.
