The ideal candidate brings strong financial analytics expertise with direct exposure to Performance Marketing (specifically Affiliate Marketing). You will lead the monthly forecasting rhythm, manage budget adjustments, handle core financial operations, and maintain frameworks for important metrics while unlocking new growth potential, setting analytical guidelines, and steering investment governance.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Forecasting & Planning: Lead the Monthly Forecast process for affiliate marketing. Own inputs, build pricing/sensitivity models, and prepare concise performance reviews highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
  • Core Financial Operations: Own month-end accruals, purchase order (PO) management, and the prepayment process for partners. Manage financial data reconciliation and partner payouts using the Impact platform.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with the Analytics team to diagnose trend root causes, evaluate partner efficiency, and apply scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Process Automation: Systematize and automate reporting processes to improve team velocity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Executive Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and insightful performance metrics tailored to both executive and cross-functional audiences.

What You Will Bring

  • Financial Analytics: 8+ years of hands-on analytics/finance experience with strong financial modeling skills and experience manipulating large datasets.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Performance Marketing metrics (e.g., CLV, ROAS, incrementality, and the affiliate marketing ecosystem). Familiarity with the Impact partnership management platform is highly preferred.
  • Technical & BI Literacy: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI); ability to write clear analytical requirements. SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
  • AI & Automation: Hands-on experience bringing to bear AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs/GPT/Gemini) to build tools, reports, and automated workflows.
  • Influence & Collaboration: Proven ability to influence cross-functional collaborators without formal authority and translate quantitative data into executive-level recommendations.
  • Business Insight: Familiarity with marketing partnerships, experimentation/A-B testing, and causal inference; comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving return on investment and efficiency alongside Marketing leadership in a matrixed environment.
