Job Summary
- Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems.
- Capable of rebuilding or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions
- Familiar with CNC machines, punch presses, and other various metal forming machines a big plus
- Responsible for project management work and/or documentation of product equipment or processes
- Communicate, discuss, and/or review repair problems with Engineering, the Tool Room, Production Team Leads or vendors as needed
- Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
- Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time.
- Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts.
Compensation:
$30/hr.-$40/hr. Based on experience
High school diploma or GED
Demonstrated experience as a maintenance mechanic in industrial setting
Knowledgeable on mechanical troubleshooting
