Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.About the RoleYou'll own the financial and operational infrastructure of the company, from implementing AP/AR systems and building data integrations with a future centralized ERP, to automating workflows and managing our internal systems stack. This is a builder role: you'll design the systems that let the business scale, then hand off operations to keep them running. You'll report to the Head of Finance, with a part-time IT Manager reporting to you.What You'll DoBuild and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources (Stripe, CRM, ops tools) into a central data layerDevelop and maintain our BI environment, dashboards, data models, KPI infrastructure, and reporting layers (e.g. Chartmogul, Looker, or equivalent)Lead the evaluation, implementation, and rollout of an AI-native ERP (e.g. Rillet, Campfire, Light, or equivalent), including chart of accounts design, entity structure, and process mappingOwn integrations between the ERP and adjacent systems: Stripe, Payhawk, Sequence, banking providers, and payrollOwn the month-end close process infrastructure, ensuring data flows correctly from source systems to reportingSupport FP&A with the technical layer - model inputs, automated actuals pulls, variance data, and dashboard infrastructureWhat We're Looking For5+ years in a finance systems, finance engineering, or business operations roleHands-on experience implementing or heavily configuring an ERP systemComfortable writing scripts, working with APIs, and building automation workflows - you don't need to be a full-stack engineer, but you need to be technicalExperience with data pipeline tooling and BI platformsFamiliarity with multi-entity accounting environments and intercompany flowsBonus PointsExperience building automations with n8n, Claude Code, Stripe Connect, Sequence, or PayhawkWhat We OfferExciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startupsCompetitive salary and aggressive equity packageRegular team events and off-sitesPaid Meal & Uber home when working lateOne of the most beautiful office spaces and work environments in BerlinApply for this Job
