We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Rugvica, Croatia as Technical Worker. Technical Worker will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational and facility activities, including supply and equipment management, maintenance coordination, administrative tasks, and compliance with safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ordering and delivering: office supplies, water, coffee
- Checking the cleanliness of the toilets, office spaces and the production hall
- Ordering ink, toner and maintaining printers and plotters
- Taking care of the pool car if it is not assigned to anyone
- Printing labels for cables, equipment and for other purposes
- Updating the working time records of employees who do not have a computer, and controlling the entry and registration of absences, entry of hours by project and entry into the Oracle system
- Tracking working hours on projects (hours spent, rework, etc.)
- Administering project data (3P action plan, etc.)
- Updating safety data sheets (SDS) for chemicals
- Receiving, inspecting and shipping rented equipment
- Supplying and ordering consumables for the workshop or projects as needed
- Deliveries with the company car according to the order of the superior
- Adherence to occupational safety rules
- Participation in Kaizen/continuous improvement
- Implementing the 5S system
- Managing employee improvement idea submissions
- Performing other tasks as ordered by the superior
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of experience on same or similar positions
- High school diploma
- Microsoft Office, Oracle
- English Language
- Health and safety
- Soft skills: attention to detail, organized, team work, willingness for continuous learning and education
