Manager Services Data Analytics

• Lead and develop the Business Analytics team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of all data sources used across IBP & Sales Operations.
• Manage and optimize databases, BI tools, and analytics platforms to support business needs.
• Drive integration between different systems (ERP, CRM, BI platforms) to create a unified and consistent data environment.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and data pipelines.
• Establish data governance standards, including data quality controls, validation processes, and documentation.
• Partners with IT and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and resolve data issues.
• Provide analytical support to Demand Planning, Strategy/Pricing, Sales Process Improvement, and Business Governance teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics (predictive models, statistical analysis) to improve business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience performing planning, demand forecasting, strategy, or sales-related support activities.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data consolidation from multiple sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management (relational databases, data warehousing).
• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics, or similar).
• Proven experience integrating multiple data systems and ensuring data consistency.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred & Oracle) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• SAP and Oracle experience.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

•           Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System, Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.

•           Additional professional studies post graduate.

•           Certifications in data analytics, SQL, or BI tools are a plus.

Required Tools / Systems Knowledge:

• Must be up to date on relevant Information Technology tools, including but not limited to the full Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook).
• Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Oracle Enterprise Business Suite and/or SAP / Oracle for data extraction and reporting.
• Understanding of database structures, cloud environments, and data management principles.
