You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for both internal teams and event participants.
Accountabilities:
- Set up, test, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment during live events and conferences.
- Provide onsite technical assistance and ensure smooth AV execution throughout events.
- Deliver professional customer service and technical guidance to clients, speakers, and internal teams.
- Provide remote helpdesk support, assisting users with technical issues, software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Support onboarding processes by providing technical orientations and guidance to new users.
- Manage user support activities related to digital platforms, including Salesforce Experience Cloud configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Stay updated on helpdesk practices, internal tools, and evolving technology solutions.
- Travel approximately once per month to support onsite events.
- Proven experience as an AV Technician, Helpdesk Support Specialist, or in a similar technical support role.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with professionalism.
- Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and user access issues.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including site configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately once per month.
- Valid U.S. entry visa required.
