Overview of the role
We are looking for commercially driven Marketing Manager to own and execute regional go-to-market strategy across our core product portfolio, including major global launches such as Passport Reimagined.
This role is critical to evolving Marketing from a campaign support function into a strategic growth engine, responsible for driving:
- New client acquisition (new logos)
- Revenue growth and retention from our existing client portfolio
- Global product launches at the regional level, with clear metrics on adoption and usage
- Clear competitive positioning and local intelligence for our products
Rolling up directly to the global Head of Product Marketing, with a matrix reporting line into the Commercial Leader in your respective region.
You will operate as the primary commercial bridge between Sales and Marketing within your region, ensuring our products and solutions are not only launched effectively in region, but monetised at scale.
With an increasing emphasis AI-powered platforms, automations and interactive personalised marketing to drive client engagement this role would suit a modern thinking marketer at the top of their game - looking to execute product marketing projects and campaigns within a world-leading market research organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Own Regional Marketing Strategy & ROI to:
- Set clear, measurable goals for all marketing activity aligned to regional commercial targets (pipeline, revenue, retention, adoption)
- Define and track ROI of campaigns and investments, ensuring marketing spend is directly tied to business impact
- Continuously optimise plans based on performance, doubling down on what works and stopping what doesn’t
- Ensure consistency of messaging while enabling local nuance
Work closely with regional Sales leadership to:
- Identify where we have a clear right to win in your region by industry, persona, and proposition
- Define and propose which markets and segments we should target and suggest campaign investments
- Understand pipeline gaps and opportunities ensuring Sales feedback is systematically looped into marketing strategy
- Align on priorities and focus areas and co-create regional plans to:
o Drive new logo acquisition
o Support deal progression
o Improve retention and expansion
o Support priority areas with targeted messaging, campaigns and collateral
Use data, insights and product knowledge to:
- Advocate strongly for where Marketing should focus
- Challenge constructively where needed
- Assist the Head of Product Marketing with the go-to-market process as we launch innovative solutions and propositions to both new and existing clients.
- Develop appropriate communications to support an integrated campaign mix and nurture targeted audiences through the buying cycle.
Take regional ownership of global campaigns
- Translate global strategies (e.g. Passport Reimagined, CG solutions) into regionally effective campaigns
- Adapt messaging to ensure relevance across industries, ICPs and regional market dynamics
- Own activation across local channels (working closely with digital, events and PR)
- Make high-impact budget decisions, ensuring investment is deployed where it will drive the strongest commercial return
- Lead from the front during major launches, setting the standard for execution
Manage a team of local marketing specialists across your region:
- Set clear priorities and performance expectations aligned to regional revenue and pipeline targets
- Hold the team accountable for delivering measurable commercial outcomes - not just campaign activity
- Ensure the team have strong, day-to-day alignment with regional Sales to maximise impact on deals and pipeline
- Drive a high-performance culture built on ownership, pace, and continuous improvement
- Balance global consistency with local empowerment trusting the team to make smart in-market decisions
Crucially, you will contribute to a global “test and learn” culture, proactively sharing performance, insights and best practice across regions, and applying learnings from others to continuously improve outcomes both globally and within their local teams - helping to build a more connected, scalable and commercially effective global marketing function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of previous experience within a related marketing role.
- You will be proactive, organised and have strong analytical skills.
- Confidence to work with stakeholders from various areas in the business.
- A passion for product marketing and product innovation.
- Strong project management skills.
- Highly numerate and articulate.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
